Summer Markets
Market season begins in May! Weather pending, I'll be at Seedy Saturday in Williams Lake on May 4 and then the upcoming Friday farmers' markets. Then I plan to be at the Loon Bay Craft Market in the summer and the South Cariboo Garlic Festival on August 24-25 in Lac la Hache.
Weather pending means no strong or gusty winds because nothing stays standing in my tent. Rain I can handle as long as it's not pouring all day.
These markets are fun and I'm keen to be there, hope to see friends and visitors!
Shetland Wool Blankets
I've recently discovered a new source of beautiful soft, lightweight Shetland wool on big cones. Blankets woven with this wool are the KS ones listed on the Gallery page under Wool Blankets. My newest ones available are in the twill blocks weave structure as seen to the left, and more recent blankets in bold herringbone will be posted soon.
